Tiara, 18 years old

Tiara wants to become a programmer someday. She is at Univeristy at moment and studying. She struggles with the access to the internet. She flat outs in the city with her friends and they have very limited internet to share amongst 3 full time students. She doesnt have alot of time in the week to work a full 40 hours so her budget limits her to the bare necessities and survives on a $20 prepay mobile account.

Tiara finds that she runs out of data really quickly and her flatmates are in the same boat. They cannot upgrade to unlimited high speed internet that would allow her complete projects on time. As a programmer she needs alot of internet data and to over come this she spends countless hours late into the night at the univerity campus. Someitmes she feels very unsafe having to make her way home from the library late at night. She hopes having access to internet will help her achieve her dreams and feel safer.
